I've got this problem. What toilet do you suggest replacing it with? I heard some people in towne get the high flush Toto.
I only have first hand experience with the ones in my house, the Kohler Highline Classic, which is an inexpensive option (Looks like currently $179 at Lowes, $184 at Home Depot). The description says, "Rated best (4 out of 5) in flush power", which is good enough to have never been clogged for me.
This article suggests the American Standard Champion 4 or Toto Drake. Looks like the user reviews at Home Depot go Toto Drake (4.5), then Kohler Highline Classic (4.3), then American Standard Champion 4 (4.1):
