Thursday: 5 miles @6:30 (weight room closed due to the flooding earlier in week)
Friday: 10 miles @6:50. Closed the last 2 miles in 6:35 & 6:15. Core
Saturday: 5 miles @6:45
Sunday: 3 miles @7:30 w/ my gf (recovery/maintaince day)
