Hey Allen - What type of wine tonight?
Spouse is enjoying a New Zealand sauvignon blanc. I am just finishing Sam Adams summer ale. Then perhaps a Canadian Niagara Peninsula Riesling. And yes, on the east veranda.

Streak and chicken going on the grill now. Meanwhile the five live chickens and two cats are wandering about. Had to shoo the birds off the veranda a moment ago.
Run long today? I got out for a warm one this morning. That was two-plus hours. Then an hour on the bike in the afternoon. Should have been working, though. Clients are getting antsy ... behind schedule on four jobs.
Oh well ... pour me another glass. There is always tomorrow!
Thanks for the detailed reply. Sounds like you are having a lovely evening.
It was warm and bright here this morning, and so I did not go for a true long one. You know how I like to run water-less. In any case, I went 12.25 at 6:50 overall. Since getting chased by a rottweiler earlier in the week, I have gone back to using a segment from a route I ran a year or so ago, and it is a gradual 1.5-mile uphill, which I throw in toward the end. Thus, it was a pretty nice workout. I am rolling on a string of six double-digits this week (6-for-6).
All the best to you...
Forgot to say...I enjoyed your use of the word “stamina” earlier this week. :-)
Ahhh summer..white wine on a veranda and where we get to witness a bromance in full bloom!
Hi, OR. How was that phrased before. "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." That is about all I have been up to. Hopefully the tide turns in my favor soon so I can spend more time being productive on here. I really didn't get much of a chance to even get on this week.
Other than that just thinking of new ways to train RRR. I think we are going to change somethings up a lot but with the same purpose. Probably get on grass and trails more.
Glad to hear from you, Pappy. The soft surfaces sound like a good idea.
