Yes, you should be able to get something decent on Amazon for less than $20. Changed my life and made me a lot more comfortable.

That is usually the clearing phase of going plant based. After a while you'll only go 2-3 times per day.

4 - 5 times a day doesn't seem healthy or sustainable long-term. Are you bulking up or something? It seems like you're eating too much. And as a runner, you're likely to be introduced to Mr. Hemorrhoid much sooner than you'd prefer if you keep this up.
Anyway, what's wrong with dampening a piece of toilet for the follow-up wipe (the next time you're in the bathroom, but not going #2. Works for me every time.

I bought BioBidet - heated seat, heated water, warm blow dry. The thing is awesome. Look (wait) for 20% off coupon).
You need an outlet close by for the ones with heat or air (but electrician can do that cheap if not one there).
I bought one for my elderly dad who had mobility issues, and in trying it out, decided it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Difference in how clean you get cannot be overstated.

I got one for $40 on amazon. The only drawback is the pressure knob doesn't work that great. Every setting is basically Firehose.
