Anyway, it's that time of the year again! Everyone chasing sub-26 should join in!

5k - 15:41 (1 year old and doubling back from 1500)
8k xc - 26:18
10k xc - 32:25 (Equivalent to sub 26 for 8k hehe)
About me: I've been a part of these threads since the beginning. I just finished my undergrad during which I ran with a club team and I'm headed across the country for grad school in a little over a month. Pretty exciting stuff!! I hope to keep competing and improving throughout grad school.
My track season was cut short due illness but I still posted PRs in the 1500 and 800.
I've finally started my real training for next xc season last week looked something like:
M 5 hilly
T 2 up, 5 steady at ~6:00 pace, 1.5 down for 8.5 total
W 5.5, 2 hill sprints
T 7
F 6
S 5.5
S 12 hilly
49 total
And this week will look very similar. I'll start real workouts next week and I hope to get up to ~65 now by august. I hope to see some familiar usernames (ClonedDuck, Reed, Oedipus Rexing, etc) and many new ones as well!!
