"What are you running from?" - At least once a week
"What are you running from?" - At least once a week
What's your 40 time?
"I used to run, but..."
"Running is boring."
How many times a week do you exercise?
"I was running this 100k trail race at the weekend"
A lady at the gym chastised me for running outside without a water bottle the other day (80 degrees at 5:40pm for 5 miles)
How far do you run a day?
I can't run, I have bad knees.
Do you run OUTSIDE in the winter ?!
Do you run marathons? (and then I'm annoyed that I've very possibly disqualified myself a "real runner" in their eyes when I say, "No")
"Hello"
The most common is probably “don’t you get bored?”. The most annoying is “have you ever run a color run/bubble run/other lame hobbyjogger event?”
"I can see your knickers"
"are you training for a marathon?"
no, I hate marathons. Also I'm not fast at the shorter stuff either
Are you running this weekend?

You must be english. No one in the US sais hello. I get heys and his and whats going on and the occasional howdy...but Hello? hmm
Probably something work related like "What status are we in for that project?" Or if we are out with friends it might be "What are your plans for this weekend?"
“You’ll wreck your knees” or some variant of that.
Have you run the "x" marathon?
"You're fast" when they hear my slow run pace. Annoying because... I'm slow and they have no idea what they are talking about.
"I don't even drive that far"
Too much running is bad for you - that one I don't mind too much became it's true, just like any sport it carries risk and the more you push the envelope the riskier it becomes.
Running long distance makes you really slow because you develop slow twitch muscle, you must be really slow over shorter distances. This one really irks me, some 'athletes' who play other sports recreationaly even go as far as to say that'd beat me over 400m or a mile.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
