I will try this strategy next time, 30/31/31/32. It's sound good.
But what is difficult is to be in good position (lane 1) after 200m. I don't know if it's possible - I will see - as it's depends of the race.
Thanks WEAWBEF :-)

It's tough to suggest exactly what to do because each race is different and you have to adapt to the kind of race you're in. I'd say try and relax as much as possible after the first 100m-150m round to 400m without expending too much extra energy. Sometimes it can't be helped if someone gets in your way and the leaders start to pick up the pace but i'd try and avoid overtaking on the bend before 300 to go. That can expend a lot of energy that could be saved for later on, but as I said, sometimes it has to be done.

Bosse overtakes the rest on the back straight where he isn't having to run any further distance. By the time Kszcot does it round the final bend, he's going all out anyway so has that energy left in the tank, and Langford has a lot of extra energy down the home straight but unfortunately for him, left it a bit too late.
