So whenever I run my easy runs for base building, I’ll be running at like 7:10 pace and like 3 or 4 miles in I get a “pins and needles” like feeing in my calves. It’s not enough to make me slow down or stop but it’s there and it’s annoying. I’m wondering if I should slow down (maybe 7:40-8:00 pace) or if I should just run through it. My breathing is fine and my hr is low at 7:10 pace.
