My daughter wants to break 6:00 in the mile at all comers meets this summer. She has run 5:46 for 1500. Swims 4 days a week. Runs at the most 3 days. Max long run is 4 miles.
If two days are runs of 3-4 miles what are some good track workouts / paces to prepare to run around 5:55 for the mile on the third training day?
