People who have recently sold your homes: how many offers did you get before you got one acceptable to you?
How much did you have to negotiate? Does a low-ball offer ever get negotiated up to one that was acceptable to you?
Our housing market is quite strong, so not worried the house will not sell. But not wanting to deal with those looking to score a giveaway. Agent says it is crazy not to counter any offers, but the time to do that seems a waste as well with these well-below market offers.
