Einstein wasn't even that smart he was just stating the obvious which no one else wanted to admit, just like Galileo. They didn't actually do anything 'meaningful' how hard is it to just document the natural world. It doesn't take a genius to realize "apple fall down."
Is this a poor troll attempt? The "apple falls down" was Newton, which is now considered classical physics. BTW, Newton's law of gravity is still used for very complicated astrophysics, aerodynamics, etc.
Einstein literally developed the concept of spacetime. No one else was able to understand their relationship/connection. His theory of general relativity is the cornerstone of modern physics.
You claim that other people wanted to admit the "obvious"? That space and time are intricately woven together? Ok, name three people who unarguably knew this before Einstein.
