I was diagnosed with strep throat yesterday but have been on antibiotics for over 24 hours now and therefore no longer contagious. Still have a bit of a sore throat but absolutely nothing compared to what it was 36 hours ago. Really don't want to get too far off my training schedule but skipped the long run I had planned for yesterday. Anybody here have experience running with strep - how long did you wait to get back into things, were you advised to take it easy, etcetera?
