Are you faster than any of the women's world records or world bests?
I'm only faster than 1, but am close in a couple world bests in off distances. Hoping to make it two by the end of this year,

I did a kilometer time trial faster than the women's world record.
The only world record i coukd probably beat would be the heptathlon.
I'm close in the 400, 800, and 1500 but not quite there.

I'm curious how you could be close to both 47point in the 400 and what, 3:50?, in the 1500, and not have run under 1:53 for 800.
Indoor/Outdoor 800, and indoor/outdoor 500 and 600 (yes, I know technically a "world best" not record).
Pathetic. Are you guys faster than Caster?

Yeah her main event is actually the only event I have the womens WR in haha.
I forgot about some indoor marks and realized I have the indoor 600m WB also. Could probably pretty easily grab the 800m and 500m.
Also, I agree with the other poster. How are you close in the 400, and 1500m but don't have the 800m?
I was sub 1:47 in the 800 (my 400 PR is faster than the women's 400 WR too). However, now that PC thought is in charge (they'll change things again and Semenya will continue on her dominating ways etc) I have no doubt that some fellas "identifying" as women will surpass my PRs.
Back in the Day I was in several distance events but not now.
Wow! What a great set up to brag about my times.
In my age group, I'm faster than the women's WR in the 100, 200, 400, and 800. I could probably run faster than the women's mile WR with a few months practice.
Yes. By exactly 15 centimeters.
I have the steeple WR beaten. And if we count mile conversions I have the 1500m beaten. But I’m not greedy so I’ll just take the steeple WR.

Doesn't count. Wst is harder than men's because you have to jump harder off the barrier to clear the water jump.

Nah age group records don’t count in this discussion.

Curse you Almaz Ayana!
I'm guessing you, too, had the 5k and 10k beat.
Right, I'm the only 13 y.o girl in this thread. And I'm nowhere close to the women's WR ???

Ha. I wasn't serious about it being harder, but it is technically a different race.
