I started feeling achey last night. Woke up this morning and the aches were worse. I figured it was just lingering fatigue from a hard race Wednesday and working at a Summer camp (on my feet and walking around all day) from 9-3 Monday through Friday.
Anyways, I proceeded with my planned 16 miles and felt like trash. I ran about 1:00 slower per mile than my usual long run. I got home, took a hot shower, had a nap, and still felt like sh*t. I just took my temp and it is 100.5.
Can I run my easy 8 tomorrow even if I still am experiencing symptoms? I really don’t want to miss any mileage and don’t mind a little suffering if it won’t be too detrimental to my health.
