I am going to be a junior next year. My sophomore pr was a 17:50 but i ran a 17:20 post season road race. I ran 4:45 1600m in track and a 10:15 3200m. What should my training thi summer look like to get down into 16’s for 5k? Right now i am running 40-50 miles a week with mile hill repeats and a tempo. My long run is at 7:15-6:45 pace. Just looking for some advice.
