Whose else is excited to watch this game? Yee-haw!
Also, why were they playing the White Stripes in Russia? I thought they didn't like Americans!

Interesting, Argentina is going with a 4-3-3 with Messi in the middle up front and Di Maria and Pavón on the wing and no other attackers. They are probably playing for a 1-0 win.
Man, Argentina’s high line is getting torched by Mbappe. That’s thing about CBs playing high up the pitch , if they don’t have the speed to track back they are going to get destroyed.
France is definitely the faster team, and Ngolo Kante is covering so much ground.
I think Argentina went into this game thinking they could possess the ball, park the bus, and get one or two goals for the victory. They are not coming close to goal. They are basically in a 4-5-1 formation. Problem is, they are down 1-0 and still playing this conservative style, but they good enough to play Mourinho ball. I just had a feeling that France would come out firing and torch this Argentina defense.

*aren't good enough for Mourinho ball.
Argentina should take Di Maria or Perez off and get Aguero in there if they want to even tie this game.

I am eating my words after that Di Maria goal. Nice curve towards the post on that goal.
Damn great strike by Di Maria! That slight inexperience showing by France with that backline not closing down. Hugo was late to react as well.
Damn what a strike
Great strike but horrid defending by France. No one steps to the ball. You can't give players at this level 5 to 7 yards of open space like that.
This Argentina team even though they have not been great during this World Cup have a lot of experience. They definetly have the advantage in that department. Let’s see how this French team responds ....
Anyone with a good streaming link? Dont have cable TV (not basic) and it seems every "app" wants you to have a tv provider

I paid an introductory rate of $10/month for DirectTV Now and have access to Fox and FS1, as well as access to apps like Fox Sports Go for full replays if I use the DirectTV Now login.
Who needs a striker when you have Mercado poaching in the box? Good lord.
Again no covering by the french. Player wide open for the redirect in the box.
Holy s h it!
Pavard making up for his mistake!
Goal of the WC!
GOALAZO!!
Wow, another great goal in this game from Pavard. Both of these teams have so much talent, you just never know what who will come up with a big play.
France is too good for this Argentina defense. And they desperately need a decent goal keeper.
Mbappe is going to be the first 300 miilion dollar transfer! 19 years old? Man what a talent.
This game is everything, and di Maria is having his best World Cup game.
That's why I always put Ronaldo above Messi. Messi just can't save his country.

Speed kills, and the teams that don’t have it are getting murdered. France after going down 2-1 really responded well, and just kept attacking.
However, France has showed some inexperience with defending, and Kun is going to come on, so these final minutes are going to be insane.

Doubt Argentina has the stamina to be any threat in the final minutes.
