I've noticed a trend. After a night of no alcohol, my Garmin 235 usually shows a RHR of about 50-56 the next day. After a night of several drinks, it's about 62-68. Anyone else experience this? Should I quit drinking?

Alcohol raises your resting heart rate. You have a really nifty, expensive watch but you can't google?

Well, that's because the Romans added lead to their wine. That's like saying "look at Flint, Michigan see drinking water is bad for you."
