I've read through JK's training wisdom a lot of times...and have seen several examples of how he trained runners for the track...but never a lot of thoughts or sample XC schedules. I'm curious to see what that would look like...lots of progressions and high-end aerobic work for the track...I would assume the same, but just curious if anyone has any experience w/ JK's XC training.
