Cecily is a very popular TV meteorologist in Philadelphia and somewhat accomplished runner on the local scene.
More relevant to this site, she is one of Mike Rossi's biggest enemies.
Would not be surprised if Mike is on this thread already.
It's just a matter of time before 6ABC fires her and her downward spiral finally deposits her as a Tuesday night Karaoke host at a suburban TGI Fridays.

Actually, she's 93. She didn't really hit it big until she was almost fifty. She's had quite a life.
I would give her the benefit of doubt. These people sound like they are just looking for a way to milk their 15 minutes of fame. I have been to a lot of concerts and there is always some people I wish would have stayed home. Probably a couple of drunks who don’t realize how much they bother people who are trying to enjoy themselves.

I hate this kind of censorship ("shut the **** up") in news reports. It especially bothers me that the reporter (or editor) assumes that I know what the word is. How should I know? I don't hang out with foul-mouthed meteorologists. Maybe she said, "Shut the hail up."

Having seen U2 six separate times, guaranteed someone was being a drunk jerk about it.
People paying $300 each for tickets tend to think they're entitled.
Apparently, if you are a woman at a concert of any kind in Philadelphia, prepare to be assaulted by a marathoner of some sort.

I just Googled his name and it would appear not.
Terrible reporting. They report that “Tynan, 49, attempting to block the camera phone”, but it was the police officers hand blocking the photo. How lazy can a reporter be to not even click on the actual photo and look at it?
These people seem pretty desperate for attention, this will go nowhere.
