I'm kind of with you on your thoughts, he's a very young guy, however, I think he'll come around in time (as an athlete and a video maker)I really do have hope for the guy, now one thing we got to realize is TV/You Tube makes any runner seem like they are God awful slow - you see top runners run 2:10 marathons on TV and they look like they're running 13:00 pace - so when we see The Vegan Runner on "TV" run it does look slow, but that could be an optical illusion -watch Salazar race on You Tube (from the 80's) he looks likes he's power walking but you have to remind yourself he's clicking off 4:30's!! That being said, if Vegan Runner is lying about his PB's well that's just not cool and if he has been just come clean - we can forgive him - let's be positive in that at least he's trying to do something in the sport - his definition of "vegan" is much more different than mine - to me Vegan is raw uncooked fruits and greens (that's why I'm the "spinachrunner" ha ha and hopefully a year from now I'll be a fast runner again like I used to be many many years ago but right now I SUCK) but to the Vegan Runner "vegan" is bread, sugar water, sprite, bread, rice, potatoes ***some things I agree with like his stance on building an aerobic base but he seems to contradict himself a lot saying that the way he trains is the way to avoid injuries yet he's injured quite often *** maybe he's doing a Lebron with the injury thing as an excuse for bad races just like Lebron did with the hand cast - "the real reason the Golden State Warriors beat us is my hand was injured"
