I’m 5’8 140 pounds and 19 years old and I’m wondering what events should I stick to. I have the quickness and speed to run 11.5 in the 100 but my 200 times isn’t the best as it’s only at 23.8 and my 400 PR is a 53 *I’m still turning to figure out the best way to run it* and I run the 800 in a 2:04 without much mileage at all or barley training for it at all.
I find the sprints to be more fun but thinking of what my main focus should be. Keep in mind I haven’t had much good coaching so the times could improve but not very sure. As of right now my season ended in May and I started working out again late May so far doing about 20 miles a week. I’m trying to get my times down to at least a 50 in the 400 and 1:57 in the 800
