USA will probably get an invite as most host teams do. Does this mean they will train hard to represent or coast with an invite? I'm looking forward to going to a few games no matter who plays.

Does that mean usa Mexico Canada all get entry. Who will be left to qualify from comcacaf?
Canada has qualified!!!
Well maybe not. Not sure if it will be auto for 3 counties in 2026 or not.
But the field is expanding 50% (32 to,48)in 2026. Concacaf is easy to begin with anyway.
Host nation gets an automatic entry in to the WC.

Yes, we know. The question is, will all 3 host countries get auto entries?

If I heard right on the beeb this morning (notoriously anti-Russia), the Russian team has gone down from top 10 ranked when they won the WC rights to a current 70th... perhaps they're coasting too.
We all know Bekele is a tycoon developing Ethiopia into a superpower. That is his dream after running. In 2026, assuming he is no longer running for professionally(will have marathon wr and olympic gold marathon in potentially 2020 and 2024 at this stage), he will be working on building infrastructure in Ethiopia. We all know he is the greatest runner, so if he is as good at developing the economy we could literally see a world cup in Ethiopia. If not 2026 then 2030 could be possible.
