I started to run in 7th grade but only in season so 2 months per year up to freshman year. In august freshman year i started running full time but didnt take it serious until track season. I started out with a 20 minute 15 seconds 5k and ended with a 16:50 3 mile then to track ran a 2:10 4:46 and 10:24. Based on these improvements what will my 3 mile sophomore year be. My goal is sub 15:20. My training also got much better. I used to drop on long runs and couldnt handle them but not im increaseing speeding to anout 6 30 pace-8 flat pace. I average around 60 miles a week but in the summer I average 40 miles. What will my predicted times be and what should I do to achieve my goal.
Also i have one of the best coaches in the nation and my teammate recently won FLCCC.
