I think the week long video series is a cool idea by FloTrack. Would love to see more of that.

Wait a minute, your'e right. My bad.
Cheserek was returning from a calf injury.
If it is his first workout back from a calf injury, maybe spikes were not the best choice. Good choice to cut it short for Ed. I like the workout. I might shorten it for younger runners to 800/500/200 for a total of 6k, instead of 7.6k.
So, there are 2 “Has”? Hassan Mead and Coach Has?
Has is his agent Steven Haas. Sounds like he’s cosching him as well as getting him those big sketchers dollars!

I love it, @ 3:48 of the video he says, " I don't know why I felt like sheet yesterday." I like how it is showing the grind, the true nature of the long distance runner. Reminds me of Steve Scott's training log where he would write in his training log about how he felt like sheet on certain days.
i really enjoyed the video.
but why are you spiking up, dummy?
just came back from a calf injury.
That's the first time I've seen Mead working out.
He looks great.
They seem to work out well together, and I like the session they did.

Agreed. Poor planning there, Edward.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?

How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
