Optimal time, Paul Tergat did his first run at 6:00 am and his second at 10:00 am. Frank Shorter did his first run at 11:30 am and his second and 3:30 pm. Mark Nenow often did his first run at around noon or later in the afternoon and his second run around 10:00 at night.
I use to do about 8-10k in the morning and 8-10k at night. If they are suppose to be easy why go to long?
