lol how many servings of oatmeal did you eat? what was your daily calorie intake? those foods are all pretty low calorie.

2600-3000kj.
350-400 grams carbohydrates
125 grams protein
77g fat
Breakfast:
oatmeal -fruit 1.25 cup uncooked
Pb and j toast.
Lunch
Massive veggie Salad/eggs/bread 2 pieces
Maybe 1 cup rice
Snack:
Pbj toast
Hummus-tortilla
Dinner:
Veggies/rice 2 cups/ 5oz meat/
Whiskey 3-4oz
Desert- cereal 2 cups/milk.
1 cup ice cream
I eat 50% of the time before I run some days nothing.
I mostly train in morning. Afternoon runs are short or short hills.
Before runs 1-2 pieces toast with pb&j
Most days just coffee and go.
For Long runs 15 miles or more I eat oatmeal or toast before I go if it's a marathon paced session or hard long track session around 5:30-6:30.
Sometimes I go with nothing if easy pace or shorter session less than 13 miles.
I routinely run 75-90 minutes in morning without food 6-8 minute pace.
After runs I have breakfast oatmeal or toast and eggs.
I'll toss in some protein if epic session.
How miles did you fudge in order to write down 100 miles?
No fluff. All the miles were run. I actually probably ran closer to 105-108 but I had a few miles where I forgot to start my Garmin. I think Saturday I ran 22 and only have down 20. Sunday my watch died and I lost a few miles.
I spent about approximately 13 hours total running for 100miles maybe 105-110. I think my average was around 7 minute miles, but probably didnt run any 7 minute miles. Either 6:45 and faster or 8 minutes and slower.
The time includes doing strides and short hill repeats.
I was on youtube, let’s run” approximately 10-12 hours and also various running blogs and sites.
So hypothetically I could run 200mpw.

I ran 6 years of 100+ mile weeks average, years before and after 80-90 mile weeks.
