Average pace?
How much did you run each day? How are your knees?
Do girls look at you differently? Are they in awe of you?
Good job! Don't listen to the cynical buttholes around here that aren't impressed with anything unless it's a certain pace or something.. I have never run close to a 100 mile week ever even at 100000000000 minutes mile pace so celebrate bro! Congratulations on your new mileage PR.
nice.
what does the following week look like?
What is your diet? Did you recover day to day? How much sleep do you get?
Did you know AMA posters are expected to answer?
Why do we need politicians?
My average pace for the week was all over the place.
8 minute down to 5:20. Most running was around 6:30-7 pace.
I ran basically the (advanced marathon by Phitz) week 1. (2Q sessions)
Girls were certainly checking me out.
Previous 12 weeks have been around 80-90 mpw.
Sleep was 5-7 hours per night.
I need to sleep more I suck at going to bed early.
Most days were singles. Or 1 long run and 1 really short shuffle with a few hill sprints.
1 day was a 20 miler, and most morning runs were 10 miles about 75 minutes.
Knees feel 100%
My feet have a few aches.
Diet was mainly all carb. Oatmeal, bread, eggs, waffles.
Each night some sort of meat. Chicken, beef, salmon.
Politicians? No clue if we need them but in all seriousness I need to be pretty selfish to maintain this so I’ll have to let others worry about global issues.
Why kind of shoes do 100 MPW runners wear?
By the way I never thought I’d ever run 100miles in a week and feel ok. I honestly thought 100 mpw sounded silly, worthless, impossible.
The past 12 weeks of 80-90 made it feel easy.
I ran 1/2 the miles in a pair of Boosts, the other1/2 in VaporFly and Lunar Tempo.
My plantar doesnt like to run in the same shoes. So I mix it up.
Hard faster runs were in the VaporFly, hill repeats in the lunar tempo and easy mileage was Boosts.
Did the volume of miles effect any other activities. (e.g. Did you have to tell your women that you were too tired to do anything?)
How old are you?
I was 41 when I hit my first 100. But like you, I had spent enough time at 80 - 90 that it wasn't a big deal physically.

Why you needed 80-90 mpw to get it done?
Did you win?
