Heavy heel strikers look goofy.
Marathoners who brag about running marathons but can't break 20 in a 5k are funny people.
Vegans = don't talk to me.
I like fat people who run.
I discard all training advice on these boards who were former college athletes unless they are faster now than college. They didn't get themselves fast, their coach did, and all they know is how to regain former fitness and maintain it or lose it slowly.
This seems to be a *lot* of people on these boards giving advice.
Anything under 7 minutes for a mile is fast.
Try as we might, T&F (collegiate or pro) will never be a popular spectator sport in the US.
jamin brings quality content to these boards. Say what you will, but he's a decent runner and he knows how to start a good conversation. If only he could use these skills in real life, he wouldn't have to seek out Ukrainian women ?
It’s perfectly fine to have men compete in women’s races.

form DOES matter and if your technique sucks, it isn't just "your body's way of running"
thank you.
The Flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long.
Listening to your body is BS, sometimes it just lies.
Beginners should learn to run fast first, then extend it out. Building up a million miles a week first is cart before the horse stuff.
Overweight guys running with their shirts off.........please stop.
The leading cause of running injuries in the United States is due to cushioned, over-protective shoes. Minimalism is the true way to reduce/eliminate injuries.
I feel like at least 1/4 if not 1/2 of these opinions are actually popular opinions.
Running a BQ on downhill course is cheating. About time it was no longer accepted.
Tired of hearing about there being no competition in the elite ultra world. I watched NCAA champs last week, and there was a noticeable lack of depth of talent in almost every race. Where's the competitive depth? It's not there. Just like the ultra world.
Hydration belts are perfectly fine for the 99% of all long distance runners that are not professionals. They are practically necessary during the summer months -- good luck having a solid long run without fluids.
Unless you happen to have a coach giving you bottles every few miles (or you are running circles around your car), please just shut up and get a hydration belt.
The clean world records are somewhere close to 13:00 and 27:00.

Rupp would have destroyed Kipchoge at London this year.
Ah, I see. These opinions are unpopular because they are wrong.
Got it.
