Most runners have horrible form which causes injuries. Then they blame it on their shoes. Learning to run barefoot is the #1 best way to learn to run with good form.
Shorter and Rodgers in their prime would dominate world marathons now.

The Blade Runner should not have been allowed to run in the Olympics, nor should any other runner with blades.
Most male runners need to man up and buy real shorts, aka ones that are actually short. None of this knee or mid thigh bullshit.
