I should know this by now but is there not an honest effort rule at NCAAs?
I know there is not one at USAs but I thought there was one at NCAAs.
Dwight Stones just said Amere Lattin false started on 400m hurdle prelims on purpose. This was after he didn't make final in 110 hurdles.
Why even bother qualifying in the 400hurdles if you're going to false start. Seems like if he was going to qualify in the 400 hurdles as a backup event, you would actually run them if you don't make the 110m hurdle final.
