I'm not sure if my other post went through so I'm making a new one.
I've had the annoying runny/blocked nose for 2 months! normally I only get sick for a week if not two weeks.
I literally lost all my fitness. Now my friends beat me when I always used to beat them. I used to be able to run 4 k's with no problem but now I can't run that far so I jog it. I got a terrible time of 15: 52 when last season I didn't even get near that slow. Also, I have an Area level cross country competition next Wednesday the 13th of June. How do I get my normal fitness back by then?
It's really hard to run fast after been sick for 2 months. Right and I'm STILL sick! Sadly I've broken the geniuses world record for the longest cold ever.
Anybody know how to get back to being a fast runner after such a long time off??????
