Before I used to be the best and beat all my friends. Sadly my immune system is terrible at fighting viruses so I've been sick for two months. And I'm STILL sick! I've had the annoying blocked/runny nose for 7 weeks! Now I lost all my fitness and my friends who I used to beat now beat me by miles. I can't even run 4 kilometres I just jog it cause I lost all my running fitness. Sadly next week I have an Area level cross country competition. Just great! How do I get my fitness back ASAP (before next Wednesday)???
If anybody else had to go through that situation too, please tell me how you got your fitness back.
Anybody know how to get back to running fast after been sick for so long???
