I've lived in Eugene since 2012, so the only races I've seen in person have come since then. But one of the most memorable was the 2015 NCAA distance races when Oregon outperformed in every event. The crowd at the end of the 5000m was amazing (what ended up being a 1-2-4 finish for the ducks...Ches, Jenkins, Geoghegan), which capped off the team title.

2. Rupp over Lagat in 5K at the 2012 trials. The place was electric!!!
3. Leading Bill McChesney through 300-m in a summer all-comers 800 (No need to discuss how it finished)
No Days Off is a call for consistency, moderation and patience: the full-time, year-round commitment to the process. Two athletes put the 2019 No Days Off Collection, featuring winter performance apparel made from Australian Merino wool, through its paces over a cold-weather training camp in Craftsbury, Vermont. Film directed by Emily Maye and produced with support from The Woolmark Company.
