Bumping a great post.
26 Years old. That would explain why she is so excited, she’s been at it a while waiting for a breakthrough.
Anyway, she looks like a mother of dragons. Same blond hair but brown eyebrows.

That Zak Curran is a fine-looking fellow and pretty handy with 1:46/46 PBs
Her face reminds me a bit of Maggie Vessey, but at least this one wears more conventional kit.
this is all nonsense because breaking 2 WILL NOT happen until breaking 58 is commonplace - to run 1:59:57 requires the ability to run 57:17 or faster for the half - the fastest ever for the half is 58:24 - realistically you got to run 56 something in the half to have a shot of running sub 2 - look at Galen - his best is 59:47 for the half - we know his 2:06:07 was full effort cause he puked - so that's 2 X 63 each - so at the elite level it's basically add 3 minutes to the half race time and give it everything you got to the point of throwing up for your marathon finish - stop this sub 2 crap - what we need to focus on 1st is sub 58 then at that point we can hone in on sub 2

I think you may have gotten confused - you do realise that this thread is about the lass breaking 2:00.00 for the 800m, right?

You are 100% correct - sorry about that - it now makes much more sense - nothing against ladies but I should have looked into the matter more closely - I kind of thought it was odd there was a picture of a lady runner and I mistakenly thought it was talking about a 2 hour marathon - yea a sub 2 - 800 is a big accomplishment for ANYONE male or female but really a huge deal for the lady runners - (unless the initials are CS and you're from a country south of Egypt but north of New Zealand)
my computer was built in 2004 and for some reason with LetsRun the pages can vanish with no warning - so I just saw the "sub 2" thinking it was talking about the marathon and replied immediately before the pages might vanish - I have a new laptop - I'll be throwing this hunk of junk away soon - so again I do apologize
Not bad looking either
