Alright boys it's game time.
We got 2 NCAA track champions who are gonna battle it out.
Patel or O'Connor? Should be a great one!
North Central looks ready to run away with it again. Does anybody challenge them?
Let's hear your thoughts!

DuPage FTW next year over North Central. Borowsky, McManus, Beecher and O'Reilly have all-american potential.
Mt. Union to win the XC title after Digby runs a 15:00 8k.
Heads up for Logan McKenzie out of Berea in Kentucky. 3:51, 9:02 SC, 14:32 on the Track. 27th at NCAA XC last fall. Should be in the mix to win individually.

.....based on what? He got injured and didn't run track nationals, ran a time in the 5k that barely would have gotten in the meet, and was 27th last year with the #3 and #4 runners returning, who by the way have PRS of 13:58/29:46 and 14:10/29:19 and at least a national title a piece between them?
Logan McKenzie will be in the mix to be top 20, which is no shame at all. But I can list a solid 10+ guys with better credentials than him and national places to back it up.

You clearly know nothing about track and field. If you think a guy who ran 3:50 and 9:02 is not doing HIIT and CrossFit, think again. He's gonna be top 7 for sure.
AJ Digby joins the Mount Union cross country team and kicks to win the national title. You heard it here first.
If you look up 'jabroni" in the dictionary, there's just a picture of the Geneseo XC team.
