RIT Sophomore Neil Kolhatcar just ran a sub 1:16 half marathon on a VERY hilly course in Ithaca the other day. RIT has something cooking over there.

Some teams' schedules are starting to be released! I'm excited for another great season! Regionals @ Rowan !!

Large post coming soon regarding each teams' schedule. Waiting for the last few teams to release their schedule. Does anyone know if Mitch Marlow is running for Utica or Plattsburgh next season? (Not that it matters too much in the grand scheme of things...)

Did Willmot from Oneonta get fired? I see they have an interim coach. Seems like he just started there a year or two ago...

I though the same thing, seemed as though he just started. But, then I did some looking at his first and second year. The girls team went from top 10 in the country to 20+ in the region and the guys team went from top 25 in the country to outside the top 10 in the region, all in one year. Doesn’t scream success

Wilmot was not going to have his contract renewed by Oneonta after the school year, so he took the job at Potsdam. Oneonta is going to have a new distance coach.

Anyone have any idea whether it is going to be the same course as last year or if it will be the course from 2 years ago when they hosted regionals? The one last year was pretty bad, kinda hilly with not great grip, and seemed too narrow for hosting regionals.

There is a third option, one which you nor anyone has ever seen before.

I heard through the Wine Valley Grape Vine that Sean Patrick O’Conner has replaced the batteries on his vibrator and will soon get back to his normal form.

I don’t believe it. Sean will continue to disappoint... as is tradition.

I heard it was really hot, he beat cuse’s Philo and almost hung with Fazio and Albany’s best guy.

I heard the course was entirely downhill and Fazio carried him on his back for the first 2.5 miles
