Yeah, NYU ran to form. They just aren't a great team, as most teams in the 30's are.

RPI puts 14 in front of Geneseo's 1. Rough showing for the Knights
The fact that there is even a chance that NYU can go to nationals is remarkable as they lost 6 of their 7 from last year
I heard NYU has been renting out the ladies in the East Village just so they can tell everyone on the line at Regionals they aren't still virgins...
Between the weather and some performances this was a painful weekend to be alive.
Who?

I bet by next year that Brockport can be in contention for a top 3 spot at SUNYACS. Just look at the numbers , their top sophomores Michael Ripa and Sharif Jarvis should easily be top 5 in the conference. Also if their top freshman Humberto Wallace Jr. comes back fully healthy, he could make a big contribution. If Brockport is fully healthy, there will be no stopping them next year in the conference. Not even Geneseo
Who?
Oneonta gets obliterated by SUNY G, RIT comes back to life, Ithaca continues their downward slide. NYU finishes where you’d expect it for some reason Rochester is right there too? Not to mention the revival of TCNJ over Rowan.. or was it? Maybe Rowan continues their downward trend as well. With all the information were gonna have now who is where at regionals?
New rankings after this weekend:
1. Geneseo
2. RPI
3. Oneonta
4. RIT
5. SLU
The Liberty League meet was interesting. RPI dominated, SLU ran terribly and finished in 3rd, their lowest ever finish at the meet while RIT had their best race of the season and topped them.
The SUNYAC meet was run in terrible conditions;however, Geneseo dominated Oneonta.
I think it will be a close race between RIT, SLU, Oneonta for 3rd at regionals. This region will get 4 for sure bids and possibly a 5th.
I think Ithaca wins the Ass Team of the Week award. At the beginning of the season I thought they had a legitimate shot at making nationals, but I'm blown away by their butt performance at conference. RPI put 10 in front of Ithaca's first. Why even run regionals at this point?

It definitely could be close for 3rd at regionals. But if Oneonta runs a good race, they have 3rd locked. I mean they beat SLU by nearly 70 at Rowan. but if they have an off day it can be close with RIT. I dont think SLU will be close, seem to be getting worse and worse every weekend. Remember when Sidi was good and was top 10 at regionals as a freshman?

Man, things got a lot quieter around here now that Ithaca and Oneonta suck again. Guess the boys should have done less talking and more running heh? Kek.
Wow you’re a loser
You forgot Clarkson. Total dark horse women's team. I stare at them every meet.
You people are trashing Oneonta for all the wrong reasons. Yes, they got destroyed at SUNYACS, but with their lowest score in conference meet history. Lets talk about how fucking horrendous their moustaches are. Or how their top guy is a mid distance runner pretending to play cross country. What a joke
Yikes! Haverford barely beat Johns Hopkins at the Centennial conference championships. Haverford won the meet 34-35. I think that if Haverford races at regionals as they did at conferences they will GO HOME DEVASTATED. Haverford had a spread of over a minute and Hopkins had a spread of fewer than 30 seconds. There is no way that Haverford is going to be able to win the region if they have a spread of over a minute. However, some people have been saying that Haverford was just tempoing conferences.

nobody cares if it's your lowest score in conference meet history when you get swept by the winning team. all that shows is the conference is a flaming pile of garbage

Especially the SUNYAC which used to be half way decent in its day. 50 points score when Cortland, Geneseo and Plattsburgh were good meant something. Now it just means you're the banana peel on top of the pile of garbage that is the other teams. Kudos.
