How is Messiah a dark horse? They do the same thing every year. Race a bunch of 8k's and then run awfully at regionals.
I love the turn this thread has taken.

the girl that sean and grant had both been dating has decided that she’s only going to continue seeing sean. this is why he’s so much better than grant this season- as satisfied runners run much faster. grant is dealing with some serious heartbreak and won’t be able to bounce back come regionals/nats.
Grant's lifetime of sin is catching up with him. The holy ghost came to me in a dream last night saying the heavenly father will smite him on the line of nationals.

this is incorrect. grant has managed to go all 3+ years of his college career never laying eyes on a woman before (which is why he chose RPI in the first place), but he sadly broke this streak when he accidentally walked into a gender neutral bathroom and saw one of the 4 women on RPI’s campus washing her hands. grant hasn’t been the same since and all the doctors and therapists he’s seen don’t know when he’ll recover. the runner than won the outdoor 5k last season might be gone forever, as his purity has disappeared

I feel like this thread has gone on a tangent, so let's get back to its original purpose: talking about the Mideast region.
I'm looking forward to seeing Haverford and Hopkins duke it out: seems like it could be a fairly competitive fight for 2nd this year as Stevenson's B team, led by the glorious Iddrriss Idris, cruises to their usual first-place finish. And let's not forget DeSales, Lancaster Bible, and Massiah, who will per usual be competing to see who's god is real. Season is coming to a spicy end!
The LORD is in His holy temple; the LORD'S throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men.

There is absolutely no way Oneonta beats Geneseo at SUNYACS. Their mustaches are just too heavy, expect times to be 10-15 seconds slower because of this. Try running an 8k with a flavor saver flapping in and out of your face hole. Impossible. Plus, I heard that even their coach has one which is gonna prevent the team from taking him seriously. Don’t be surprised if a clean shaven Brockport team contends for the title.
Preemptive RIT is trash
RIT is trash. SLU was highly overrated. Both are trash
What on earth happened at SUNYACs?

It was a bloodbath in the mud
Any idea how the UAA went? No results up yet as far as I can tell.

Meet is tomorrow.
Well, the LORD won't be too happy about that sort of scheduling, must be why Messiah is not in the UAA
NYU helped the men's region with their excellent performance at UAA.
So did NESCAC in the middle of a storm and they all almost went under 26:00, SUNYAC goes home DEVASTATED
Franklin Park and Boston holds water a lot better than Fredonia which is basically in Lake Erie already.
Also, you should do your own dirty work instead of relying on NYU. Even so, if NYU beats you at regionals you were never going to go to NCAA's in the first place.
NYU, the 34th ranked team in the nation, finished right behind Case Western, the 30th ranked team in the nation. That looks right to me.

Joke's on you, the entire SUNYAC actually all agreed to jog the first mile in 10 minutes so that everyone could keep slightly fresher legs for regionals. Just substract 10 minutes from everyone's time and you'll get their 4 mile race times. The SUNYAC is FIT!!!
