It's still two years away, but my favourites for Gold in the men's middle and long would be :

1500m : Jakob Ingebrigsten
5000m : Jakob Ingebrigsten
10000 : Alex Yee
Marathon : Galen Rupp
3000m Steeple : Evan Jager
Also, there's a good chance Kenyan times will continue to drop dramatically over the next two years with increased testing and the threat of a federation suspension, so these could be favourites for gold even if Kenya is given another chance.
