There are a few marathons in the NE this weekend, temps look like they'll be in the high 60's/low 70's. How much would you adjust your pace? In cool temps I'd run around a 7:00 mile at my current fitness, thinking of going out around 7:15/mile for the first few miles and then adjust by feel after 10k or so. Make sense? Its a 6:30 start, so hopefully the first half isn't too bad before the warmth rolls in.
