Hello! I have had a lot of trouble with my running form and I am trying to figure out how to fix it. I recently ran a half marathon and have never ran above 11 miles before (on a long run) so of course I was not gonna run my best and the wind was 20 mph on the last 6.5 so that slowed me and I crossed the line at 1:29:18.

If you scroll down the link, around 18 seconds in you can see my running. It is really bad and my arms kind of flail from side to side. I did this the whole race and notice I do it all the time. What is the best way to fix this? I have no arm strength so could that be a reason.
