It all depends on your frame. Have you measured you frame size based on bone structure? If you have a large frame then youre ideal right now. If you have a small frame look at women like Jordan hasay to compare

You mean 18-24.
I've heard the simple equation of height in centimeters multiplied by 2. I'm just not sure if the same applies for women since body composition tend to be different (though not always). for example: I am 5'10" or 70 cm tall so my ideal race weight would be 140 lbs.
I seem to see different numbers everywhere, but a good body fat % for a female runner (without worrying about the female athlete triad) seems to be between 14% and 18% (with 12% being a number I have seen thrown around as probably closest to the lowest you could go long-tern until you worry about health issues). You could have your body fat measured, which would give you your non-fat body mass. Say, for instance your body fat is 17.6%, putting your fat mass at 21 lbs and your non-fat body mass at 98 lbs, which would put you at roughly 114 lb - 120 lbs as "ideal". Could you get lower?- Yes. But may not be entirely wise.
For reference, I have had body fat analyses done multiple times and am between 97 and 99 lbs of non-fat body mass each time (5'3" female).

5'10" is actually 177 cm, so your ideal weight would be 354 lbs. Better start eating!

You are not 70 centimeters, you are 177.8 centimeters. Maybe the equation is your height in centimeter minus 100 = for you 77.8 centimeters * 2 = 155.6 lbs.
He just gave the wrong unit. For me, at least, the old rule was height in inches x 2. I believe I first read this in Jim Fixx's book. At 6'1", that means I should shoot for 146. I'm about 5 to 6 pounds overweight at the moment.

This is the right answer.
Just run and run a lot. Eat food, not too much, mostly plants. Your weight will take care of itself and artificially trying to get to a certain weight will hinder recovery.
