High school senior. Loves training and racing. Super motivated to work hard in college. Was wondering if I was one of those guys that has a shot. Currently running 50-60MPW with 2 workouts a week + a 12 mile long run. I'll list my mile progression below
9th- 4:37
10th- 4:22
11th- 4:17
12th- 4:10
Do I have a shot to break four in the mile in a few years? What kind of training inhibits this sort of progress?
