I thought so was doing Pre-MED at UC San Diego?
Worth-Thomas went out really hard and blew up.
Yea, barely finished. But I don't remember her ever racing again after that?
Wurth (auto-uncorrected)
I feel like Salazar absolutely ran her to the ground. I remember seeing a WOW on Flotrack where she busted a lot of hard intervals after a indoor mile JR. She was throwing up and all types of stuff afterwards. I don't think she was even 19 yet. Anyways, her career started to come back quite a bit after that...
I just think some of his quality was fine for an established pro like Rupp, but way too much for a bright young talent

It could be this, but I think it's far more likely that physically she just peaked early and there's nothing she or Salazar could do about it.
Women, especially teenage phenoms, don't always progress in the linear way many people expect. There are plenty of male examples too. She's kinda like the female Michael Granville.
Yes, I remember McCarthyism. Were there communists in the government providing intel to an enemy sworn to destroy us? Please search the Venona decriptions.
Would you object to congressional hearings if there was credible evidence that the Islamic State had assets inside and associated with our government ? That was the situation in the fifties. And, please look up Kulaks to understand why we don't ask traumatized high school students to formulate our constitutional rights(think Bill of rights).

3 comments in like 12 hour = SUPER HOT
I don't want to be one of those guys who criticizes the website we all seem to love, but it might be time to close the beta phase of the super hot algorithm. If there are lots of clicks and no responses, it's not hot, it's super disappointing to hundreds of people who were misled into clicking.
Then it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy that continues to annoy people unnecessarily for days. Save super hot for most unique repeat visitors, perhaps?

I think the people running this site don't have good English. They don't know what super hot means. If anything was super hot recently, it was Bekele's 10 miles. If I run this site, it would be so much better.
i agree banana bread!
Leave us kettles alone, pot. You're not exactly rocking the English language in that post.
What happened you ask? She's enjoying life!

You must be new here. He's a slow 40-something virgin with a white knight complex who walk/runs and has done so for years. Let him figure himself out on his own. It'll happen eventually.
God, I really hate this Stoppit Smith guy already!!
The only thing I've learned from this thread is Stoppitt Smith is either in need of therapy or has spent too much time on a shrink's couch.

Michael Granville's problem was he never got any aerobic work in. Like Coley Candaele, no foundation was laid. It was all anaerobic, all the time. Very greedy and short-sighted.
