Last November, I pulled my hamstring, then hobbled through a marathon on a pulled hamstring. My hamstring still bothers me from time to time, but is 95% better 90% of the time.
My wife, who is a regular practicioner of yoga is insisting that I go with her to yoga. She believes that yoga will help strengthen and stretch and release the hamstring. ..etc.
So, I looked up her yoga place and got a shocker. The instructor of yoga is someone who I was mildly romantically linked to about 16 years ago. Nothing real crazy, but it's out there. My wife doesn't know this at all. In the meantime, I've told my wife that I don't really want to go... don't want to embarrass myself with my terrible flexibility etc. My wife has upped her ante by saying that I could do a one on one session of yoga... ugh
So, the way I see it, I have 4 options:
1) don't go, don't disclose any past history
2) go, but don't disclose any past history
3) don't go but disclose the past history
4) go but disclose the past history
What say you LetsRunners.commers? What do I do?
