Have an 800 on a friday night and a 1500 the next morning coming up in 8 weeks. Have just ran a 19 flat 5k (yes i know, slow). 50 mpw and have done a lot of 5k pace work and faster but haven't ran a shorter race than 5k in a long time. Would like to go sub 5 on the 1500 which I don't think is a stretch because I was an 800 guy in high school.
What would your schedule look like? Let me be your guinea pig.
