In classic LetsRun fashion, let's see who can accurately predict my mile time in 2 weeks based on my limited training.
-4 years of cross training 5-7 days a week since last race 4 years ago
-started running again in late January
-Long run threshold every other week (4-6 miles per LR @ 540 pace)
-6-8 strides a week usually between 27 high and 30.
-w.o. 3 sets of 800, 2 min jog, 600, 90 sec jog, 400. First set (230, 1:48, 72,) second set (227, 146, 64) third set (218, 1:43, 63).
-w.o. 2k (5:50), 5 min light jog, mile (5:00 and hilly), 5 min light jog, 800 (2:15)
-3 weeks off due to injury
-w.o. 10 x 400 w/90 seconds rest averaging 67.5.
