Curious what everyone's take is on Ground Contact Time Balance. Based on the limited stuff I've seen about it, I'm not really convinced it's worth the effort to pay too close attention to / try to "fix". With that being said it's hard not to want to strive towards 50/50 balance for the sake of doing it and thinking it could maybe make me less injury prone (I haven't really been injured in over a year). For the record, my balance is usually pretty consistently around 49/51. I do vary which side of the road I run on, and the balance seems to stay the same regardless.
