I have posted about change of form made by my coach that got me injured. I have only been able to run about 20-40 miles all easy last 3 weeks so my 5K training was none exsistant. I’m finally on the mend and want to know if it’s possible to get into race shape in 3 week. Literally 21 days?
Give me a plan if it’s possible.
I was shooting for sub 17 before injury now 17:30 pace would be a win off the little mileage I have done. I ran 10:01 for 3k in March on flat indoor track. Today was the first moderate run I have done. 10K progression from 7:00 mile to 6:14 average 6:30pace.
Shoot me a 3 week plan for 17:30 or under. Save my only outdoor track race please
