So recently during my runs I’ve noticed my left foot lands dramatically different from my right foot. I am a supinator but I noticed my left supinates more excessively. Also I’ve noticed my left calf is a little bit smaller than my right calf. Most of all the injuries I have experienced in my running career have been in my left leg. I’m guessing this is a muscle imbalance? Any idea how to strengthen my left leg so both my feet land the same way and I can remain injury free. I have a high mileage summer ahead of me and really want to get this imbalance fixed. Please help me!!!
